At GoodWeather LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us immediately to begin the approval process for a return authorization. Please review the following guidelines:
1. Loss or Damage by Carrier
All our products undergo rigorous inspections before being shipped. Upon delivery, we ask that you:
- Inspect all boxes and products before signing for receipt.
- Note any damages, shortages, or tampered packages on the signed Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Report any issues within 5 business days by providing a description of the damage, the quantity affected, and detailed pictures.
If a package appears to be tampered with or missing, please contact us immediately, as the carrier may be responsible for damages.
2. Shipment Errors
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days. We will:
- Investigate the issue.
- Issue a return authorization and call tags if necessary.
- Arrange an exchange and collect the incorrect product.
All returned products must be in original, sealed packaging and reported within 90 days of receipt.
3. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately with:
- A description of the defect.
- The quantity affected.
- A detailed picture of the issue.
A sample may be requested for inspection by our quality control team. Returns of defective products are accepted within 90 days of receipt.
4. Custom Products
Custom-made products go through a detailed approval process. If you are dissatisfied with a custom order, please contact us within 5 business days. Returns or exchanges for custom products may be subject to limitations.
5. Short Shipped Products
If you receive fewer products than ordered, notify us within 5 business days. We will:
- Verify the packing slip, proof of delivery, and package weights.
- Ship the missing items or adjust the invoice accordingly.
6. Opened or Unsealed Packaging
We only accept returns in the original, sealed packaging within 90 days of receipt, except for defective or damaged products.
7. Unwanted Goods
If you ordered an item you no longer need, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a return authorization. Once approved:
- You must return the product within 30 days in the original, sealed packaging.
- A 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply.
